She's a Physic's Grad Student who is not a real "People" person. She's not very good with people, and she's more subtle and subdued than alot of characters.

So finding the colour and depth in Miranda within those boundries is a challange, so Miranda's very very different all the time.

Her base is that she's very scientific, and so on this little journey with Declan, sometimes it's a little off putting for her. But yet she has colours within her subdued personality.
